Connection

Most of the connecting materials of water -based inks are alkaline. Currently commonly used include polyamide resin, acrylic resin, epoxy resin, alcoholic acid resin and base cellulose.

The connection is a mixture composed of resin and solvents. The solvent is dissolved in the resin, so that the water -based ink has certain liquidity and viscosity, and can also control drying; most of the solvents for soft ink ink are mixed with alcohol. Few single solvents are used alone.

The basic performance of water -based connection materials is as follows:

A viscosity. Too low viscosity pigments are not easily scattered, and the failure of it is the phenomenon of paste and powder. It is easy to pass too high, and it will also cause disadvantages such as falling ink and hair.

B dryness. The dryness of ink ink mainly comes from the drying characteristics of the connection material.

C gloss is what everyone calls brightness. The lighter the color of the connection, the better, the color of the ink is easy to match.

D smell. For ammonia and amine substances when manufacturing in water -based connection, the scent comes from the number and type of added.

E pH value. In principle, the pH value of the connector is 7, but in order to have better printing adaptation performance, the alkali volume is generally added to the pH value of 8-9.

Water -based connection is the heart of ink ink. The quality of the connection is a key factor affecting the printing of ink, which directly affects the performance of the ink. It is composed of water -based resin, neutral agent (amino and amine), and solvent (water).
