Resin
Water -based resin is a kind of hydrophilic polymer material, and it is divided into water -soluble resin, water -solid resin and water dispersion resin. And water -soluble resin is divided into natural resin, which modified natural resin and synthetic resin.
At present, the commonly used connecting materials for water -based inks are acrylic polymers. Everyone should pay attention to the water content of less than 26%, which will be closed and dry, making printing difficulty.
When it comes to acrylic resin, everyone must also understand its composition, which is a resin from ethylene. The molecular weight of the resin is very related to the ultimate quality of ink. The molecular weight is large hydrophilic, poor storage stability, and poor liquidity. The molecular weight small ink film has small strength and is easy to fade.
Everyone should pay attention: When diluting the ink with water, the hydrophobic chain without hydronenes in the system generally gather closer. The volume of the gathering collective is reduced, and the addition of water also separates the agglomerate particles, and the effect of mutual mutual effect is reduced. Therefore, when the ink is diluted with water, the viscosity of the ink decreases quickly as the solid content decreases.
