Strippable paint resin

A single component, spray applied, high build, water based coating for direct application over coated substrates and non-ferrous substrates.
Strippable coating dries to form a non-tacky, tough, resilient temporary protective layer.

The dried film collects any paint overspray and is easily peelable to enable even heavy overspray deposits to be quickly and cleanly removed.

By providing a white, light reflective surface better working conditions are obtained making for a consistent achievement of high quality work. Exposed areas can be touched in using a brush or lambswool or mohair roller or the entire area can be resprayed as necessary.

Strippable coating is designed to provide excellent short term protection against a wide range of contaminants such as dust, oil, grease, grinding debris, fly rust and coating application overspray whilst providing a degree of resistance to abrasion, grinding debris and scuffing.

The dual protective and unique peelable properties of Strippable coating make it ideal for use in those market areas where coated substrates require temporary protection against incidental contamination and damage such as that experienced during transit or in a fabrication - assembly construction process.

Strippable coating can assist in providing a significant reduction in immediate and longer term coating maintenance costs whilst improving productivity during assembly and installation.

A temporary white peelable coating for paint spray booth walls, ceilings, floors and other surfaces where paint overspray accumulation must be readily removed. Eliminating the need for scraping and solvent removal, this peelable coating peels off in sheets, resulting in lowered waste disposal costs.

With the protective layer, the windows are protected against damages and filthiness, like grinding sparks, cement chunks or scratches. When the protection is no longer needed, it can easily be removed in one go like a normal plastic foil. The windows remain brand new throughout the whole construction phase.
